At the farm you will see, touch, and feel the herbs that have been used in traditional herbal healing for thousands of years. You will be introduced to native and traditional healing formulas.
Apple wood pencils, stick wood furniture, spruce gum books, medicinal salves, soaps, just to name a few. The farm store "Why Not Shop" is open by appointment from June 1st through October 31st.
Classes are normally conducted once each month from June through October, but there will be no classes for the summer and fall of 2015. Old time skills - such as herbal soap making, herbal medicines compounding, holiday gifts, among other classes - are taught here at the farm and will resume in 2016.
